Please note your account can be deleted at any time. However, if a deletion request reaches us later than 7 days after invoice date,
i.e.after the due date the invoice will be due.
As per our Terms and Conditions, we require 30 days written notice for cancellation of services.
Domains: - Non-payment of a Domain renewal invoice within 7 days of the invoice date, regardless of the payment terms,
may cause the domain to be deactivated, therefore affecting any hosting associated with it.
This may eventually lead to the deletion of the domain from the registry.
It is therefore your responsibility to ensure payment has been submitted for the Domain renewal in advance of the Renewal date.
