- A hosting account is in a an unpaid state. This could be due to an unpaid invoice, the credit card on file having expired or been declined by your card company for more than 2 attempts.
- There has been a problem with your web site content.
We would already have tried to contact you using the email address on file, but you may have changed your email address and not told us the new one. The account has been suspended to encourage you to contact us because you will continue to incur late payment fees at a rate of £2.50 per week (in accordance with our terms and conditions) until the problem is resolved. |
