Centrica Hosting used Heart Internet for its back-end systems. Heart Internet are one of the UK's largest web hosting companies and Centrica used Heart Internets popular Reseller package to provide its service. Centrica recommend that you use Heart Internet but you are free to use any hosting company you like.

If you would like to bring your existing website back online with Heart Internet then you can do so using one of Heart Internet's web hosting packages.

To do this follow these steps:

1. Choose a hosting package from http://www.heartinternet.co.uk/hosting-h.shtml.

2. Place an order the hosting package from Heart Internet.

3. Email sales@heartinternet.co.uk with your domain name and the email address that you used to create your Heart Internet account. Please include the following words in the subject "Ex-Centrica Hosting Customer Transfer"

4. Heart Internet will then transfer your website and settings to your new hosting account.
